Trudy,
Just to add to what Matthew found on Wednesday. I went out to the property this afternoon and took some core
samples. There is defiantly product coming from up the hill (from Mr. Fridell's property). At the fence line we could
smell fuel oil in the soil about a foot down. I am planning on returning on Monday to take additional samples on Mr.
Fridell's property, but at a deeper depth.

Hey Trudy,
I went and inspected 1114 Ardsley Rd and 1161 S Kings Dr the other day. No one was home at the Ardsley location, but I
spoke with Mr. Luther and inspected his back yard. There was an apparent petroleum odor around the dead grass. The
area of the front yard with the sheen was nutrient based though, so no worries there.
I located the fill and vent pipe at 1114 Ardsley Rd and smelt fuel from inside the tank. I left my card and a note for the
owner.

I was contacted today by Mr. Fridell and expressed our concerns about the UST and that I would pass along his info to
you. He is elderly and I would recommend reaching out by phone and then email. He said he doesn't keep his cell on and
would prefer to be contacted at his home number.
