SOLID WASTE PERMIT
Conditions of Permit:
1. The following requirements shall be met prior to receiving solid waste at
the site:
a. Filing of the certified copy of the permit with the register of deeds.
b. Site preparation in accordance with operational plan.
c. Site inspection made by a representative of the Division of Health
Services.
d. Posting of the solid waste permit number on the entrance sign to the
landfill (if applicable).
2. If field conditions are found to differ from the plans, revisions should be
submitted to this office.

Conditions of Permit:
1. This permit may be subject to review at an administrative hearing upon
petition of anyone whose legal rights, privileges and duties may have been
affected by the issuance thereof.
2. The following requirements shall be met prior to receiving solid waste at
the site:
a. Filing of the certified copy of the permit with the register of deeds.
b. Site -preparation in accordance with operational plan.
c. Site inspection made by a representative of the Division of Health
Services.
d. .Posting of the solid waste permit number on the entrance sign to the
landfill.
3. Construct a sediment basin within Compartment IV having as its outlet the
existing uncontaminated water outlet (24" Dia. CMP). Seal off and abandon
the uncontaminated water outlet (24" Dia. CMP) located in Compartment II.
All uncontaminated surface drainage internal to the site shall be diverted
through the new sediment basin in Compartment IV.

4. Tilling of compartments should occur in the following sequence: I, II, VII,
VIII, III, VI, V, and IV.
