Dear Mr, Cowart:
Your letter of November 7, 1974, with the enclosure of an analysis of
a centrifu,-e cake from your Waste Treatment Plant has been received.
The analysis has been discussed with Dr. Jack Drys:, Read, Environ-
mental Sciences Branch, and we have no objection to the placing of
this material in an approved sanitary landfillo
The disposal site must be approved as required under Sections VIII
and IX of the Division of health Services "Rules and Regulations Pro-
viding Standards for Solid Waste Disposalt, and operated.as required
under Section XI of the same regulations. A variance may be' granted
under Section X1 E concerning daily cover if requested,
Let me also call to your attention that we will need a statement as
required under Section VIII D from the lormal governmental agency.
If there are questions or if this office ran be of assistance, please
let us know.
