Brought in materials, yard waste went into landfill. Separate clean from dirty wood and siding, plastics, etc. into 3-4
piles on top. Brought tin tub grinder for wood waste. Blue Ridge — 6A east — would use material to use dyke. Rest to
White Oak or MRF.
Privately owned during operation (fellow in town, Robinson) Evergreen bought it from Church who bought it from
private owner. As SOIL, borrow area. "Robinson made county take 1' soil off top to clean up" — Evergreen has deed.
Purchased in 2007. December 12, 2007. Description of property is Exhibit A - survey done 41.89 acres, to Pinnacle
Church, 681-page 1587. Don't own ROW access to property. 184-page 250 first deed. 468-page 901. Used as
demolition landfill refer to SWS permit 44A dated Dec. 17, 1992.
Book RB 723 page 2240-2242 — current deed.
Have not mowed it.
Cover upper B lower C upper. —settlement. was going to use Barbar Orchard soils ... 6-8' feel soil planned, with grass.
Running out of soil from BO. Good time to get out — into new cell 6D south, 6A west closing out.
URS — conducting internal audit (every 2-3 years) going on this week.
