I am writing in reference to the closure of the above referenced LCID Landfill. As you
may be aware, access is a problem because the property was leased; consequently, we
have not been able to get on the property to actually verify the cap depth or slopes.
However, the County did take some photographs as they were covering and they have
been scanned and are included below. The rule in the hole is supposed to be eighteen
inches.

Also, there was a topo done in 1991 that was part of a submittal to allow some additional
waste to be placed in the landfill. The additional life was approximately six months
which was a small part of the existing landfill; consequently, the topo is as near to an as -
built that is available due to the circumstances. This topo is enclosed for your review.
As I stated earlier, access to this property will be a problem for everyone concerned;
consequently, we are trying to satisfy any further closure requirements with existing,
available information. If you have any questions or need additional information, please
