Dear Mr. Mussler, 

The 401 Sand Company is planning to construct and operate a Land Clearing Inert Debris (LCID) site on their property at 
the A&H Sand Mine in Hoke County, NC. 

We have made sure to contact necessary agencies and determine site information in order to make sure the site will be 
in compliance with the standards of the NCDEQ‐Solid Waste Section.  It should be noted that there were three agencies 
that did not respond to a request for information after a period of 3 weeks, and at this point must consider them 
unresponsive. 

Please find attached the plans, report, calculations and other supporting information for the referenced project.  At your 
earliest convenience, please review this plan for approval, and forward us an approval letter for our records.
