ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 1. Inspection is due to complaint of illegal dumping. Division of Waste Management staff inspected “Paul’s Dozer Service” around shop, address listed in complaint, and notified site. 2. NLCID had a small working face. Be sure and cover once reaches one acre in size or after one-month waste is
put into LCID. Some waste along left side was there before during last inspection. Owner is using to funnel drivers to desired dumping location. All waste must be covered within 30 days or when reaches on acre. Use other traffic control devices or methods to encourage dumping in the desired area. Owner said he would cover. 3. No illegal dumping or unapproved waste was discovered during inspection of either site. 4. July 14, Mr. Blackwelder sent pictures confirming waste had been covered. Thank you.
