Initially, I was thinking about another shallow well next to MW-1, to be screened across the water table, and possible a
4-inch diameter well to facility recovery, if there is LNAPL present. I was also thinking about a deeper well to evaluate
the MTBE in MW-1D. The MTBE concentrations in the deeper well are puzzling since they are much higher than in MW-1
and the upgradient well MW-4. Trying to keep all additional wells on site for now, since the nearest downgradient
direction not in the ROW would be —180 feet to the west-northwest.

Would you have time to discuss this during a conference call with the property owner? They have a potential buyer of
this property and adjoining properties owned by others, with consideration of how this UST site would be handled. I
believe one of the adjoining properties is an IHSB site NONCD0003094, Mint St TCE Contamination, 1500 Block S Mint St;
and also a Brownfields Property: Quality Products Co, #22016-18-060).
If so, I will contact the owner for possible schedules.

I am preparing to send a Trust Fund claim for this site that includes the most recent report. The claim requires an
approval date for the report. Since I have not received a letter, I assume that you have not had a chance to review the
report. I will indicate that the review is in process by a new Incident Manager (you) on the claim forms.
