Inspected the new replacement vehicle – tag# NY 69736PC, 2300 gallons, VIN#1FVABTBV53HK62017. The tank appears structurally sound & securely attached. Outlet covers were on and no drips/leaks were noted. The lettering is correct on both sides of this vehicle per the info on the firm application. 2. Inspected the other vehicle remaining on this firm permit. Tag# NY 21431PC, 2300 gallons, VIN# correct per the application. The tank appears structurally sound & securely attached. Outlet covers were on and no drips/leaks were noted. The lettering is correct on both sides of the vehicle except the phone number listed on this vehicle was different than the other vehicle (it is a phone number listed under item #3 on the application). I was informed that the phone number would be changed (on both sides of this vehicle) to the phone number listed in item #1 on the application & to coincide with the other vehicle. Ensure that the new decals are at least three inches in height & send me a photo regarding this change. 3. Reviewed/discussed the truck logs – it appears that the required information is being maintained. 4. Discussed the required training hours (4 firm hours) that shall be obtained before the end of this year (for firm permit renewal). Gave Ms. Wilson a 2020 class schedule but discussed that several dates have been changed due to COVID 19 and to contact the two associations to obtain accurate class info.
