The item(s) listed above were observed by Section staff and require action on behalf of the facility in order to come into or maintain compliance with the Statutes, Rules, and/or other regulatory requirements applicable to this facility. Be advised that pursuant to N.C.G.S. 130A-22, an administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violation of the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit, or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1) “No Trespassing” signs were present along the two main access roads. Please place a “No Trespassing”
sign at the tanks because there are other routes of entry to the detention facility.
2) Main access road in ok shape. Other access road was a little muddy.
3) Tank area was accessible. No debris or vegetation blocking the tanks for inspection.
4) A little bit of septage spillage on the ground. Appeared to come from the use of discharge hoses. Be
careful when disconnecting the discharge hose after offloading septage from the pump truck as to not
spill any septage that may be remaining in the hose after the discharge is complete. Clean up any
septage that may spill on the ground by the tanks.
5) No odor or vector issues noticed today.
6) No setback issues noticed.
7) Some concrete work has been done above the fiberglass tank so that a screening tank can be added.
0BThis facility consists of two buried tanks, one – 3,500 gal. concrete tank and one – 12,000 gal. fiberglass
tank.
