Be advised that pursuant to N.C.G.S. 130A-22, an administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violation of the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit, or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules. The letters were three (3) inches in height or greater. The lettering was distinguishable and not blocked from view. The lettering on each pump truck meets the requirements of 15A NCAC 13B .0835(b). 3) The tanks on each truck were made of steel and affixed to the frame of the trucks as per 15A NCAC 13B .0835(a)(1). 4) The valves on each pump truck appeared to be in working order and closed as per 15A NCAC 13B .0835(a)(2). Caps present on each of the hose ports. 5) The tanks on each pump truck had access ports with lids in good repair and sealed as per 15A NCAC 13B .0835(a)(3). 6) No leaks noticed as per 15A NCAC 13B .0835(a). 7) All pump trucks inspected passed. 0BDriver side of pump truck with license plate # JX-2847.
