Please find attached electronic copies of documentation indicating compliance with the public notice
requirements of N.C. Gen. Stat. § 130A-310.34(a) in connection with Brownfields Project Number
21015-17-090, as follows:
Two photos of the SNI posted at the site. The first is far enough to show the posting
location relative to the property, and the second is close up to show the wording on the
document.
2. Copies of the cover letters for the SNI sent to contiguous property owners and copies of
the USPS Tracking and Delivery Confirmation sheets.
3. Copies of the cover letters for the full NI sent to local government entities and copies of
the USPS Tracking and Delivery Confirmation sheets.
4. A tear sheet The Enquirer -Journal dated May 26, 2020 showing the publication of the
SNI. We requested an Affidavit of Publication from the newspaper, and it is our
understanding that was sent to our offices last Wednesday. We will send that along
once we track it down.
