Routine STATUS OF PAST NOTED VIOLATIONS:
None OBSERVED VIOLATIONS: The access road leading to the septage land application field had been washed out due to rain and needed repair at the time of inspection. This is a violation of Rule .0838 (b) that states “each site shall have an all weather
access road.” At the time of inspection, the vegetation around the tanks was overgrown with weeds. This is a
violation of Rule .0838 (i) that states “The area around tanks shall be free of debris and vegetation to allow for access and inspection for a distance of 5 feet.”

General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.
