Hi Chuck, We completed the sweeping of the waste bin attached to the ozonator. While the unit was separated from
the bin I took some pictures for you to show no residual waste within the treatment chamber or inside the waste
bin. As the unit was shut down for the last time, no more waste was feed to the unit and the unit was allowed to
complete it's current cycle and time was allowed for the on board ozone monitor to show ozone levels at zero ppm
before we began maintenance on the software and hydraulic system. The amount of residual treated waste removed
was approximately 6oz. While this material did not dump freely from the bin at the landfill but it was treated on the last
cycle as was the bulk that did dump at the landfill. I will add this small portion to another outbound RMW container for
incineration.
Attached are pics of the swept residual waste on the floor and one pic showing the interior of the bin and the other of
the inside of the treatment chamber. No waste was in the shredder when the software failed the next day in testing of
the machine operation.
Let me know if you need anything further and if this is sufficient to release us from the solid waste processing permit
and get our financial assurance bond released back to us.
Thanks for all your assistance,
Tim McQueen

Hi Chuck, the refrigerated truck has a few boxes on it from yesterday's pickup. We ship weekly to the
incinerator, usually on Thursday or Friday. The last batch was processed through the ozonator on May 18, 2016.

Hey Tim,
Couple of follow up questions:
1. When was the last time the ozonator was used?
2. What was in the truck out front this morning?
Thanks,
Chuck
