1 – Inspected pump truck: VIN – 2NKHLJ9X9LM393602: NC tag YA154143 2 – Waste tank volume is 3560 gallons and 100 gallons fresh water tank 3 – Pumper vehicle was properly lettered with company name, city, phone number, and permit number in letters larger than three inches on both sides of the truck 4 – Tank appeared structurally sound and securely bolted to the frame 5 – Valves and access ports appeared in proper working order.
