The decision of September 23, 1982 to deny a permit
for the subject site is revoked and the permit to
operate the site is enclosed.
The permission from the adjoining pro~erty owner for
use of this land has remedied the reason for denial.

BEGINNING at the northwesterly corner of the lands of the parties of the first
part, said point of beginning being also the common corner of the intersection
of the property of the said party of the first part, Hal Huggins, and James
W. Floyd and wife, and running thence from said point of beginning S 590 39'
E-699.05 feet; thence S 73°-33' W -215.27 feet; thence N 78°-35' -30 11 W 239.97
feet; thence S 88°-21' -30" W ~ 184.79 feet to a point in the line between
the property of the party of the first part and the property of James W. floyd;
thence with the dividing line between the Floyd and Gibbs property N 6° -18' W
263.37 feet to the pbint of beginning. This conveyance in this paragraph is in
fee simple and contains 2.169 acres. ·
Conditions of Permit:
The same conditions apply to this permit for site A-1 as for permit
number 18-D.

Dear Sir:
I, Hal Huggins, owner of property approximately 1.,000 (one
thousand) feet east and north of the fill area of Huffman
Demolition Landfill, Catawba County, give Huffman Grading, Inc.
permission to fill my property as necessary to Hr. Huffman's
specifications so there will be no impounded water.
I also grant him permission to cut a diversion ditch to carry
any runoff water around the fill area.
