in accordance with Article 13B of the General Statutes of North Carolina and all
rules promulgated thereunder. The facility is located on the below described
property.
BEGINNING at an old iron pin, the same being the corner of Bill Abernethy and the
same being located South 4° 34 1 West 128.7 feet from a nail in the south edge of
the paved road known as Old No. 10 Highway, and running thence with the Abernethy
line North 860 00 1 West 68-1/4 poles to an iron pin, corner of Grady Abernethy;
thence with the Grady Abernethy line South 20 30' West 166 feet to a stake; thence
South go 56 1 West 300.7 feet to a stake, corner of Grady Abernethy; thence with
the old line South 19° oo' East 53-1/2 poles to an old stone corner; thence with
another old line North 89° 28 1 East 1,478.0 feet to a nail in an old dirt road;
thence a new line with the center of the dirt road, North 150 42 1 East 1,010.7
feet to a nail in the center of Old Highway No. 10, a new corner; thence with the
center of the said road as follows: North 750 30 1 West 173.0 feet; thence North O I I I 73 10 West 100 feet; thence North 71° 29 · West 100 feet; thence North 69° 45
West 100 feet; thence Nort.h 66° 21' West 100 feet; thence North 61° 48 1 West 100
feet; thence North 56° 06 1 West 200 feet to a nail,in the east edge of the road;
thence with the line of Bill Abernethy South 4o 34 West 128.7 feet to an old
iron stake, the point of beginning.

1. The following requirements shall be met prior to receiving solid waste at
the site:
a. F·iling of the certified copy of the perinit with the register of deeds.
b. Sit~.preparation in accordance with operational plan.
c. Site inspection made by a representat·ivc of the Division of fiealth Services.
d. Posting of the solid waste permit number on the entrance sign to the landfil 1.
2. Disturbed, denuded and freshly covered areas should be seeded as follows:
a. Sericea Lespedeza (scarified) 40-50 lbs./acre
b. Weeping Lovegrass, 4-5 lbs./acre
