Hey Jackie,
In accordance with your April 20, 2020 letter regarding the Initial Sediment Boil Evaluation at the subject site, I am
providing the requested monthly update via this email.
5-24-20 Additional Q2 2020 Cap Inspection
Due to a rainfall event occurring over May 18, 19, and 20, 2020, the boil area and the landfill cap were inspected on May
24, 2020. Greater than 2" of rain occurred on May 20, 2020 alone. The boil issue was unchanged. The silt fencing and
erosion control booms were still working properly. No service was needed. No other problems were found with the
cap. The cap did need to be mowed.
6-2-20 Landfill Mowing Started
6-3-20 Additional Q2 2020 Cap Inspection
As required by our permit, a landfill cap inspection was performed on June 3, 2020. The cap inspection was required
due to the May 27, 2020 rainfall event of —2". The boil was not active at all. The silt fencing and erosion control booms
still appeared to be in good shape. No service was needed. No other problems were found with the cap. Mowing of the
site was in progress.
6-4-20 Landfill Mowing Completed
6-16-20 Sediment Boil Excavation Plan Completed
The sediment boil excavation plan for the landfill has been completed. The plan is attached to this email and we are
submitting it to you for your review and approval as required.
