This letter is to address the land owners authoriztion form that I signed in November,
2018.
It has been brought to my attention that this agreement is necessary for the permit to
be issued and is never allowed to be greater than a 5 year period.
This form was never intended to be used a a lease agreement betweeen the landowner
and the permitted business. Please take necessary actions to recind this document
effective August 1, 2019.
I no longer authorize ECLP (Toni Loreti) to have or operate a septage storage unit
and/or supplies on the property listed.
As we discussed, I will look for the confimation letter from you regarding this matter.
