This letter is to notify you that The Division of Waste Management (John College) has received a
copy of the Corrective Action Plan and request for a 3 month extension on meeting compliance
at your Land Clearing and Inert Debris Notified Facility (N0320) dated March 20, 2020 that you
sent to Currituck County.

Based on the current conditions with the Governor’s Stay at Home Order and the progress
observed during the most recent site visit, the Division agrees to extend the date for this site to
July 06, 2020.

Please keep John College informed of progress made to reach compliance by July 06, 2020.
