ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. Excess vegetation needs to be removed from around the two tanks at this time. The required 5 foot cleared
radius (free of excess vegetation or debris) around the tanks shall be maintained.
2. The two permitted tanks appear structurally sound. The approved setbacks are being met. Any additional tanks
shall be located at least 200 feet from the creek to the west (if this facility is to become high capacity).
3. The required signs are posted & the access road is adequate.
4. It appears that septage is being transferred to/from the facility in a safe and sanitary manner. No spills or leaks
noted. No apparent vectors or odors.
5. A maximizer & an additional tank are on site, but are not currently permitted & shall not be used for septage
storage or processing. No application has been submitted yet to include the maximizer or additional tanks.
