.0842(a)(10) – it appears that the missing posts previously noted on the audit of 9/13/2019 have been replaced.
.0842(a)(17) – no apparent weed problem at this time, implement weed control over the coming months as needed.

or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to
enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any
such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. Several fields need harvested as soon as possible (per the 30 day waiting period). Field 11 is disced up at
this time. Part of Field 9 is disced due to repair work on the fescue. Ensure the correct cropstand is on each field
as per the field list in the approved nutrient management plan.
2. No sign of heavy or recent application. No odors noted. No apparent sign of land application outside the
permitted boundaries. It appears that the approved setbacks are being met. Field posts appear adequate.
Setbacks were not measured at this time.
3. The access path is adequate and the required signs are posted.
4. Soil samples shall be taken by the operator this fall.
