On April 9, 1982 and August 5, 1982, 1 inspected the Graham County
landfill, Robbinsville, NC. This letter is to notify you that the following
violation of the North Carolina. Solid Waste Management Rules_ was recorded.
on these two consecutive inspections:
-Failure to provide an attendant on duty at all times while the site
is open for public use to assure compliance with operational require-
ments and to prevent entry of hazardous waste onto the site.
We are requiring that you consistently provide an attendant at all
times when this site is open for public use.
Any violation of the Solid Waste Management Rules is subject to
administrative penalties or injunctive action pursuant to G.S. 130-16621E.
