Terraine, Inc. has prepared this letter report to summarize the results of well abandonment activities at the Ferrell Residence site located at 5379 Wiggins Mill Road, Lucama, Wilson County, North Carolina.
On September 16, 2010, monitoring well MW-2R was properly abandoned by a North Carolina licensed well contractor from Mad Dawg, Inc. of Iron Station, NC. A well abandonment record is attached.
