Proposed Scope of Services:S&ME proposes to mobilize to the site and install three monitor wells, each to depths of up to 20 feet below surface. S&ME will survey
the relative top of casing elevations for the three new wells and one existing well, and collect samples from the four monitor wells. S&ME will obtain access
agreements from two water supply well owners (WSW-1 and WSW-2) and attempt to determine construction details of the two wells. Samples will be collected from
the two water supply wells. S&ME will prepare a Subsequent Monitoring Report to document the sampling event and a Subsequent CAP Report to document the
installation of the three monitor wells. As requested, S&ME will also complete a Fate and Transport Model for the site.. S&ME is suggesting a due date of March 15,
2018 for completion.
