FACILITY COMPLIANCE INSPECTION REPORT Division of Waste Management Solid Waste Section Page 2 of 2 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 1. The permitted site is currently inactive. Measured setbacks (from houses) for a proposed area (previously permitted) on the north side of the existing site. Received a soil analysis report & recommendation from Forestry Services for this proposed area. Also received a new SLAS application & nutrient management plan for the new permit. 2. Posted orange flags on the 500 foot setback radius for this proposed area and also on the upper side where it runs adjacent to the currently permitted area of Field 1. Instructed Dale Jones to replace the orange flags with permanent posts. Also discussed that the driving lanes for this new area need to be cleared. 3. This new area will be identified as Field 3 and was GPS’d at this time. Due to the coronavirus situation the GPS data cannot be finalized and a new complete site map cannot be generated at this time. A basic site map will be used for the new permit and the GPS data & site specifics will be reviewed in the coming months for a more accurate site map. 4. The required signs are posted and the access roads are accurate. 5. No land application is occurring on Fields 1 or 2 at this time.
