I have attached the paperwork for a new septage management firm. Do I need to mail this and also what is the fee?
This is what was formerly known as Total Enviro & Septic, Inc and also Total Environmental, LLC. The company was sold
out again recently and we didn't want to pay the fee for only the last few weeks of 2019. We also need to get the new
lettering and numbers on the trucks as soon as possible so we can get the inspection done for the 2020 permit.
