None OBSERVED VIOLATIONS: Sign observed to have been spray painted over. This is a violation of Rule .0842(a)(2) that states “All access roads or paths crossing or leading to the disposal area shall be posted “NO TRESPASSING” and a visible and legible sign stating “SEPTAGE LAND APPLICATION SITE” shall be maintained at each entrance to the land application area.” The road entering the land application site was not navigable by a state vehicle. This is a violation of Rule .0842(a)(3) that states “each site shall have an all weather access road.”

Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

1 – Site needs proper signage, this is a violation of Rule .0842(a)(3) 2 – Access road needs to be maintained, this is a violation of Rule .0842(a)(2) 3 – Markers are up and appear to be accurate 4 – No objectionable odors noted 5 – Septage discharges appear to be within permitted boundaries 6 – Bermuda crop beginning to decline but present in accordance to the nutrient management plan. Address this growing season 7 – Setbacks appear to be compliant
