Subject: Closure of Permits SDTF-31-12, SDTF-96-11, SLAS-31-01, and SLAS-96-11 Brocks Septic Tank Service had two Septage Detention and Treatment Facilities previously permitted as SDTF-31-12 and SDTF-96-11. Brocks Septic Tank Service also had two Septage Land Application Sites previously permitted as SLAS-31-01 and SLAS-96-11. C & M Septic Inc. took over Brocks Septic Tank Service and applied for the permits to the Septage Detention and Treatment Facilities and Septage Land Application Sites. On 04/07/2020, Permits SDTF-31-17 and SDTF-96-14 were issued to C & M Septic Inc. for the two Septage Detention and Treatment Facilities previously permitted to Brocks Septic Tank Service. On 04/07/2020, Permits SLAS-31-17 and SLAS-96-12 were issued to C & M Septic Inc. for the two Septage Land Application Sites previously permitted to Brocks Septic Tank Service. Permits SDTF-31-12, SDTF-96-11, SLAS-31-01, and SLAS-96-11 were closed out on 05/05/2020 and removed from the active database.
