ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1) Site visit conducted to review the records and nutrient management plan submitted for permit renewal.
2) Upon review of the land application records submitted with the package for permit renewal, it was
noted that the time of discharge was missing from September 30, 2016. Need to be sure to record the
time of discharge.
3) Reviewed the nutrient management plan with Billy. Encouraged him to include all crops that he may
plant on the fields. Also, the residual nitrogen calculations needed to be recalculated to reflect the most
recent waste analyses. Received an updated nutrient management plan on 12/18/2019.
