Be advised that pursuant to N.C.G.S. 130A-22, an administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violation of the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit, or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS

1) The required signage is present along the access path before you get to Field 1 and 2. Fields 1 and 2 are
beside each other. The required signage is also present before you get to Field 3.
2) The access road is in good shape.
3) The southwest corner marker for Field 2 was down. Only one marker noticed for Field 3.
4) All discharges appeared to be within the permitted boundaries of the fields. Septage had been recently
applied to Fields 1 and 2.
5) No application issues noticed.
6) Rye was present on all fields.
7) pH not checked.
8) No objectionable odors noticed.
9) No setback issues noticed.
