Risk Classification: High
The UST Section, Division of Waste Management (DWM), Mooresville Regional Office
(MRO) received the February 14, 2020 Monitoring Report on April 20, 2020. The report was
reviewed and approved on April 28, 2020. The paper report copy will be maintained in the MRO.
The electronic copy has been loaded to the electronic document storage system (Laserfiche).
The report indicates:
• Sample results for MW-1, MW-2, MW-3, WSW-1, & WSW-2 were below detection limits.
• Free product was observed in monitoring or water supply wells.
Per this Notice of Regulatory Requirements:
• Continue sampling groundwater on an annual basis (February) (MW-1, MW-2, MW-3,
WSW-1, and WSW-2). The next annual sampling event shall occur in February 2021. The
next annual monitoring report is due by March 31, 2021.
Please note that sampling and correction action must be conducted in accordance with the
Guidelines for Assessment and Corrective Action for UST Releases. Failure to comply in the

manner and time specified may result in the assessment of civil penalties and/or the use of the other
