ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 1. Site was behind locked gate with proper signage. 2. Access roads were of all-weather construction and properly maintained. 3. NLCID had a small working face, although was a little spread out. Be sure and cover once reaches one acre in size or after one-month waste is put into LCID. 4. There was couple items of unapproved waste such as plastic and some painted asphalt. Be sure and remove and dispose of properly. Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns regarding this inspection report.
