Dear Mr. Cloer:
On April 20, 2020, the Division of Waste Management received notice of recordation of coal
combustion byproducts structural fill on Englewood Baptist Church (CCB0063) with the Nash County
Register of Deeds (Book 42, Page 161). This notice satisfies deficiencies detailed in the letter sent to
Englewood Baptist Church from the Division on January 30, 2020. Please note that should Englewood
Baptist Church ever sell any portion of properties depicted in the plat referenced above, at minimum
a 25-foot buffer between property boundary(ies) and the edge of the structural fill must be
maintained, in accordance with rule 15A NCAC 13B .1704.
