General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. The inspection was conducted at the West Bound NC DOT Rest Area, 19500 Great Smoky Mountains Expressway, Waynesville, NC
2. The following firm truck was inspected: Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) Temp Tag Number

3. The tank appeared to be structurally sound and bolted to the frame. 4. Valves and access ports appeared to be secure. Caps were present on the access ports.
5. The truck was properly marked in accordance with the lettering requirements. 6. No leaks were observed.
7. As a new septage management firm operating in North Carolina, a permit must be issued before operation. This report is not a permit.
