ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. Discussed that a septic tank truck may be added to the firm permit in the future. An inspection will be needed at
that time but no additional fee (the $800 fee has been submitted for multiple vehicles in 2020). Discussed
possible changes to the firm name – which depending on the change may require a new firm application to be
submitted to the Raleigh Central Office.
2. Did not inspect any other permitted vehicles at this time or review the truck logs.
