DEQ Brownfields reviewed the analytical data and pressure monitoring data provided in the Request for Occupancy. In addition, the analytical data was evaluated using the DEQ Risk Calculator. The results of this evaluation were below the DEQ thresholds for residential use. Based on our evaluation, the DEQ Brownfields Program has determined that Land Use Restriction 5 of the Notice of Brownfields Property has been met and approves Building 2 and Carriage Houses B, C, and D for occupancy. Please note that ongoing actions, including sampling, shall be conducted in accordance with and Land Use Restriction 6 of the Notice of Brownfields Property and the approved Vapor Intrusion Mitigation System Design Report (VIMS Design Report) prepared by Engineering & Land Planning Associates, Inc. (E&LP) dated April 19, 2018.
