with the Statutes, Rules, and/or other regulatory requirements applicable to this facility. Be advised that pursuant to N.C.G.S. 130A-22, an
administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violation of the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit,
or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to
enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any
such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. The winter cover crop is established. Harvest the cover crop this spring as per the approved nutrient
management plan so that the Bermuda is not shaded out. Implement weed control as needed this year per the
advice of your regional agronomist or extension agent.
2. Field posts appear accurate. Excess vegetation has been removed from around the corner posts as requested on
the last audit of 11/21/2019.
3. No sign of land application outside the permitted boundaries. It appears that the approved setbacks are being
met but were not measured at this time.
4. It appears that land application recently occurred. No odors noted.
5. The required signs are posted and the access road is adequate.
6. Soil samples shall be taken by the permit holder this fall.
