Ensure that the rye is harvested this spring as per the approved nutrient management plan so that the Bermuda crop is not shaded out (harvests should begin by early April). 2. There are hay bales & rotting hay piles along the tree line bordering the site, in particular along Field B. If this hay is from the septage fields it cannot be disposed of along this tree line and shall be removed. Per the nutrient management plan the hay shall be harvested for animal feed – it shall be removed from the site. 3. The field markers appear accurate. No odors noted. 4. The required signs are posted and the access road is in fair condition at this time. 5. Soil samples shall be taken by the permit holder this fall.
