ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. Inspected new vehicle to be added to the firm permit. $800 fee was paid for multiple vehicles in 2020.
Tag#YA140158, VIN#1FVACXBS2CHBM8683, 2500 gallon capacity. The tank appears structurally sound &
securely attached. Outlet covers were on and no drips/leaks were noted. The lettering is correct on both sides of
this vehicle per the info on the current firm application. However the firm applications in the future should
have the firm name as “Nunnery’s Pumping Service” as this is what is on the vehicles, not “Nunnery’s
Pumping Serv.”
2. The other permitted vehicles will be inspected later this year and the truck pumping logs will be reviewed at
that time.
3. Enclosed is a 2020 class schedule. You may contact the NC Septic Tank Association for questions regarding the
inspector/installer programs.
