We are presently unable to process your grant request due to the County's ineligible status. In order for the county to regain eligibility, the County must designate funds from the end undesignated entry in the County's 2005-06 Annual Fiscal Information Report (AFIR) until the amount falls below the threshold amount. Once this is done, a letter signed by the County Finance Director is sent to our office stating that the funds are below the threshold amount. Upon receiving the letter we will inform the Department of Revenue of the County's re -eligibility and the County will receive funds from the next round of tax distributions, as well as be eligible for grants from the Solid Waste Section, in accordance with General Statute 130A-309.87.
