The North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) Brownfields Program received and
reviewed the Brownfields Assessment Work Plan for additional assessment activities submitted by Resolve
Environmental Services, PLLC for the above referenced site dated August 27, 2019. DEQ provided
comments on August 29, 2019 and received a revised Brownfields Assessment Work Plan on September
18, 2019. Based on our review, the Brownfields Assessment Work Plan is approved.

Be advised that this approval from the Brownfields Program does not waive any applicable requirement to
obtain any necessary permits, licenses, or certifications for the above listed activities nor does it waive any
