administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violation of the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit,
or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to
enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any
such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. Inspected new vehicle to be added to this firm permit. Tag#YA109400, VIN#1FVXJLBBIVL748391, 3500
gallon capacity. The tank appeared structurally sound & securely attached (new bolts). Outlet covers were on
and no drips/leaks were noted. The lettering is correct on both sides of the vehicle per the info on the firm
application. However the firm name (RCS Inc.) & phone number were faded on the passenger side of the
vehicle – Mr. Hudson stated that it would be repainted.
2. No other vehicles were inspected at this time and the truck logs were not reviewed. Gave Mr. Hudson a 2020
class schedule.
