ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. This site has been “officially inactive” for many years. No sign of septage land application.
2. For the site to become “active”, a pre-operational inspection will be needed to ensure compliance with the
septage management rules, permit conditions and nutrient management plan. Also an application will be
submitted (for the permit modification), a soil analysis will be required per Permit Condition 2 and the site will
need to be GPS’d (for an accurate site map).
