or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to
enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any
such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1- This is a follow up inspection in regards to the lettering violation noted on 2/19/2020. This vehicle is in
compliance at this time.
2- No septage pump jobs may be performed until the firm permit is issued by the Raleigh Central office.
3- Enclosed is a 2020 class schedule and an example truck pumping log for your use.
