On February 25, 2020, the Mooresville Regional Office (MRO) of the Underground Storage
Tank (UST) Section of the Division of Waste Management received a request to extend the submittal
deadline for the Comprehensive Site Assessment Report for this site from your consultant Geological
Resources, Inc. Specifically, Geological Resources, Inc. requested that the submittal deadline be
extended until May 25, 2020. This request is considered reasonable and is hereby granted.
Should you fail to submit the report by the extended deadline, the original deadline may be
used in any enforcement action. If you have any questions regarding the actions that must be taken
