FACILITY COMPLIANCE INSPECTION REPORT Division of Waste Management Solid Waste Section Page 2 of 2 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 1. The winter cover crop is present at this time. However, I noted a significant amount of weeds & other types of vegetation which should be addressed as needed in the coming months. Contact Georgia Love, regional agronomist (910-690-0270) by March 6th for advice regarding weed control & maintaining the Bermuda stand. 2. The vegetation has not been removed from around the corner post (back left corner of the site) as requested on the last audit of 11/20/2019. Remove the excess vegetation from around this post. 3. No sign of land application outside the permitted boundaries. It appears that the approved setbacks are being met but were not measured at this time. Noted spray paths but no sign of heavy application. Noted small scattered areas of disturbed soil on the left field – animal activity? 4. The required signs are posted and the access road is adequate. 5. Soil samples shall be taken by the operator during of the fall of this year.
