FACILITY COMPLIANCE INSPECTION REPORT Division of Waste Management Solid Waste Section Page 2 of 2 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 1. Inspected new vehicle, GA tag#EPJ342, VIN#1FDXF7DX1KDF04030, 2500 gallons. The tank appears structurally sound & securely attached. Outlet covers were on and no drips/leaks were noted. The lettering is correct on both sides of this vehicle per the information on the recent firm application. 2. Gave the driver an example truck pumping log & discussed the required information to be maintained per the NC Septage Management Rules. Another inspection will be scheduled in the coming months to inspect the other permitted vehicle & to review the truck pumping logs at that time. Enclosed is another example log. 3. This is the second permitted vehicle for this septage management firm. A fee of $800 was paid for the 2020 firm permit. Enclosed is a 2020 class schedule for your use – to obtain the required 4 hours of continuing education this year.
