Be advised that pursuant to N.C.G.S. 130A-22, an administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violation of the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit, or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: 01 – This is a New Yard Waste Notified Site and the First Site inspection since the Notification was issued. 02 – Charlie Nieman was notified by phone on the day of this inspection but could not attend. 03 – There will need to be a locking cable/gate to keep the public from dumping on your site.
04 – Signage with No trespassing and an Emergency contact number in the event of a fire in the vegetative debris. 05 – Site is new and has plenty of room for good management. 06 – Minimal amount of debris on-site at this time. 07 – Facility has chipper on-site. 08 – Digital pictures were taken during this inspection.
