this out partly due to Raleigh losing my heavy metal sample.

Made Made Inerts:

On February 3, 2020, I conducted the Man Made Inert Analysis on
screened compost from Windrow # 36. I collected 6 samples from various
locations within the screened compost pile. The dried samples were mixed

and weighed. The sample was then passed through a one-quarter inch
screen. The material remaining on the screen was inspected and any man
made material was collected and weighed. The weight of the foreign
material was divided by the weight of the total compost sample and
multiplied by 100.

Dry Compost weight; 23.7 pounds

Foreign Matter weight: .0677pounds

.0677 divided by 23.7 = .0029 pounds

.0029 times 100 = .29
